Is buying medical marijuana online safe?
We are one of over 200 dispensaries in Canada that are not operating under the federally-approved system. There are about 25 online marijuana sites in Canada. B.C has been shipping Cannabis products in the mail since the 90’s and to date, we know of no-one who has ever been charged with receiving.
How do I become a member on your site? Becoming a member is free and easy. All you have to do is prove you are over the age of 19 and that you live in Canada. Register now for free!.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is also easy! Just follow the below steps.
- Create an account by signing up on the homepage & upload your your government issued I.D.
- Browse the products you are interested in the SHOP section
- Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”
- When you’re ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page
- Review your order. If you have a coupon code, enter in the code and click Apply Coupon. When you’re ready, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. *Note : you will need to login with your email address and password if you are not already logged in.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click “Place Order”
- On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after E-transfer has been received
- Log in to your online banking and send an e-transfer for the total amount of your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. THE E-TRANSFER PASSWORD MUST BE “order____”. For example, if your order number is 750, the password should be order750 (lower case)
- Once we receive your E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We will email you a confirmation with your tracking number and order details.
Can I order outside of Canada?
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Canada.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We currently only accept payments via Interac E-transfer. If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending a transfer is quick and easy.

Is tax included in the price?
Yes. We charge 5% GST on orders. This is included in the checkout price.
I have sent an e-transfer, what’s next?
Once you’ve sent your E-transfer, it could take up to 1 hour for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment. Your E-transfer will be pending until we collect the E-transfer (when we process your order).
Can I add, edit or cancel my order?
If you would like to add or edit your order, you’ll need to enter a new order and we will cancel your original order. Please email email@example.com with the order number you would like canceled. Note- we can only cancel orders that have not been shipped.

How is my order packaged?
Your order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using Xpresspost mailers or nondescript boxes with no indication of what is inside.
What are the shipping fees?
Free Shipping – Canada Post Expedited 3-5 business days, included with all orders.
$15 – XpressPost – Canada Post Xpress 2 business days to most parts of Canada.
Orders over $500 – free next day delivery
Your delivery is guaranteed (except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).
When does my order ship out?
All orders placed after 12PM PST will be shipped out the following day.
What happens if I don’t get my package?
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.
If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge.
We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
My tracking number does not work. Help!
We will email you your tracking number before its been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website. Please wait till the end of day and your tracking number should appear correctly. If it does not, please email email@example.com,m or feel free to call us. We are open 7 days a week 9:00am to 6:00pm PST and we will be happy to look into it for you.
Why was my package sent with a “Signature Required”?
All orders $500+ will be sent with a Signature Required. If you do not want this option, please leave a note with your order saying “No Signature Required, please”.
What are some reasons I would need medical marijuana for?
Your body already makes marijuana-like chemicals that affect pain, inflammation, and many other processes. Marijuana can sometimes help those natural chemicals work better. There are at least two active chemicals in marijuana that researchers think have medicinal applications. Those are cannabidiol (CBD) — which seems to impact the brain without a high— and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) — which has pain relieving (and other) properties. What is the difference between sativa and indica?
Sativa and Indica are the two major types of cannabis plants which can mix together to create hybrid strains. Each strain has its own range of effects on the body and mind resulting in a wide range of medicinal benefits.
The differences between indica and sativa remain a subject of much debate, especially among scientists who study the plant. However, most agree that Indica and Sativa plants are distinct in a number of ways.
Marijuana strains range from pure sativas to pure indicas and hybrid strains consisting of both indica and sativa (30% indica – 70% sativa, 50% – 50% combinations, 80% indica – 20% sativa). Because Sativa and Indica buds have very different medicinal benefits and effects, certain strains can be targeted to better treat specific illnesses.
Indica dominant strains are commonly used for pain relief and are often recommended for patients suffering from insomnia. They are suitable for night-time smoking.

My shatter turned to wax / budder. Now what?
Please be advised that due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as summer heat, humidity and even time. There is always a risk that the shatter you ordered could turn to wax or budder by the time you receive it.
Unfortunately, shatter turning to wax budder is not uncommon when exposed to heat but it does not make your shatter an less safe or any less potent in any way whatsoever. In fact, the terpenes and aromatics will be more present if this happens and the flavor will actually be increased.
We do not offer any reimbursement or refunds if your shatter turns to budder or wax.
